The standard controller monitors four critical parameters in real-time: oil pressure, coolant temperature, engine over-speed, and over-current. If any parameter exceeds the safe threshold, the controller will automatically shut down the engine to prevent damage. It can be upgraded to a Full Auto (ATS) system for unmanned, automatic operation.

What is the difference between the brushed and brushless alternator options?

The default half-copper brushed alternator requires periodic brush replacement but is cost-effective for standard applications. The brushless variants (half-copper or full-copper) eliminate brush wear, provide cleaner power output, and are more suitable for sensitive electronics or installations with minimal maintenance access.
