How much fuel does the 30kW generator consume per hour?

At full load, the ZH4100D engine consumes approximately 7–8 litres of diesel per hour. At 75% load (typical operating condition), fuel consumption drops to around 5.5–6.5 litres/hour. The built-in base tank supports ≥8 hours of runtime at full load.

Can I install this open type unit outdoors permanently?

No. Open type generators must be installed indoors in a dedicated, well-ventilated generator room or under a protective shelter. They are not waterproof and should not be exposed to direct rain or extreme weather without a canopy.

What does the "Four Protection System" controller do?

The standard controller monitors four critical parameters in real-time: oil pressure, coolant temperature, engine over-speed, and over-current. If any parameter exceeds the safe threshold, the controller will automatically shut down the engine to prevent damage. It can be upgraded to a Full Auto (ATS) system for unmanned, automatic operation.

What is the difference between the brushed and brushless alternator options?

The default half-copper brushed alternator requires periodic brush replacement but is cost-effective for standard applications.
